Do you ever go weeks without posting on social media?
I hear this from real estate agents all the time ⬇️
😫 I don’t know what to post
😫 I don’t have the time to post
😫 Social media is a full-time job!
I get it and I totally agree! Social media is a BIG job and it requires strategy and commitment.
But the thing is ➡️ when you’re not consistent on social media, you come across as not being consistent in business.
✨Here’s how you can fix that:
✔️Make a commitment to yourself – how many times a week can you commit to posting? Even if it’s “only” one or two times per week, promise yourself you’re going to stick to it and make it happen.
✔️The best way to do this is by creating a content calendar so you’re never staring at a blank screen trying to figure out what to post. (I created a FREE guide to the 10 posts every agent should have on repeat. Grab it here!)
✔️Have established templates in Canva that you can access each time you create a post. This way, everything is on-brand. This also saves you time when creating new videos and graphics.
✔️Set aside one day per month to create and schedule all your social media content. I recommend using Meta Business Suite to schedule posts on Facebook and Instagram. The best part – it’s free!
✔️Become a My Porch Member to receive 15 Canva templates plus post captions each month! Spend just minutes customizing your graphics, copy and paste the captions, and get a full month’s worth of posts taken care of in less than an hour! (You can try it out for free here!)
✔️Join my FREE Facebook community to receive amazing social media tips and network with agents around the globe!
✨And remember – real estate is your full-time job. Social media shouldn’t be.✨
